Hot Bacon Salad Dressing Any Idea How Can I Replicate The Hot Bacon Vinagrette From Applebee's?

Not sure about dress, Applebee's, but that is what will make my German grandmother's salad for them.
Cut to cut multiple pieces of bacon into small pieces. Fry in the pan, fry until a thick side, oil and 1 small onion until soft. Add bacon pan, add vinegar, apple juice, sugar, salt and pepper tastes. Any cool and serve at room temperature or hot, pour over the salad Construction (BIBB use or green / red leaf lettuce for best results) for a salad of wilted lettuce.
Use this dressing!
