How did I do today with my diet? - homemade whole grain bread

Breakfast: Special K
1% fat milk
Banana
Water
Lunch: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with 1 slice of cheese and salad
Water

Snack: Yogurt 90 Cal

Dinner: Well, once a week, I offer a meal that I have what I want, tonight I had a pretty low bowl of beef stew and homemade water

Snack: Apple

Wow, you're very disciplined! I do not know how many calories it is, but it seems a good balance between the different groups of foods, although they ate more vegetables and fiber need. Good for you!

sounds pretty good. If you have a good support for sparkpeople.com go for free food. Entake can get your food and tell you how much protein, calories and fat you can every day, have to lose weight.

If you eat less than 1200 calories per day to a slowed metabolism. Special K is also a good breakfast choice, high sodium, low protein and low in fiber and high sugar content, even if few calories per serving. Of oats with milk or eggs and toast is a better option because it leaves you with more energy and be more satisfied.
