We rinse water for the irrigation of vegetables and flowers for year and never had a problem with insects or kill plants. However, the water is poured onto the base of the plant and not directly on them. It is a great way to add the water, recycling, too!

I've heard that a mild solution of old newspapers (like Joy mixes) rinsing with water helps fight against aphids. I do not know if you want to use it in the garbage or dirty water used antibiotics (to solve many other things). You can also use a home capsaicin pepper (sp?) "Tea" to spray. This will work, but without the addition of chemicals to the soap. Each site organic garden must have the recipe. :)
If you do, you talk about the error and kills, it kills some of their plants and you could have problems ecoliyor others. So, if you ate one of the plants Theys then you can only be used to seek medical help.
